Ivan Hustaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fernan Cesario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guido Mero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Escobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guido Mero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Cesario in the 30th minute of the match. Joel Vimaros short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Mario Iturbide to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 38 minutes of play, El Belgranito's Nestor Escobar made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guido Mero was left in no man's land by his defense there! ADK F.C's Saverio Benet got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Nestor Escobar made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to ADK F.C getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Inocencio Uxio hit a great ball. Nestor Escobar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Mero having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Enrique Urki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in ADK F.C's zone, Fernan Cesario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guido Mero came out of the goal and Fernan Cesario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to El Belgranito getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ruperto Gilabert hit a great ball. Nestor Escobar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Guido Mero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nestor Escobar came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the El Belgranito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor Escobar couldn't finish the play. When Ivan Hustaz fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ADK F.C's protests and gave Ivan Hustaz a yellow card for diving instead. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ADK F.C! In the 76th minute there was a penalty for El Belgranito. Ricardo Novaro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Guido Mero. 0-2. El Belgranito's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
