Cirilo Sansone was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Aquiles Salamon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aquiles Salamon really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. OLIMPO FC's Cirilo Sansone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Errando in the 38th minute of play. OLIMPO FC's Cirilo Sansone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save OLIMPO FC from getting a goal against them. In the 47th minute, Aquiles Salamon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Aquiles Salamon made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, OLIMPO FC's Pablo Eleder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Piearres narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aquiles Salamon took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cirilo Sansone. Cirilo Sansone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 64th match minute, Matará was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Larra to maneuver through the defense. Aquiles Salamon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christian Piearres made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Javier Ticho sent off a good shot on target. When Aquiles Salamon came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Matará fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquiles Salamon couldn't finish the play. Apolo Sotero might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cirilo Sansone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Apolo Sotero ran back to his position shaking his head. Aquiles Salamon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Cirilo Sansone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Matará had played much better football throughout.
