If Gervasio Patrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilberto Firme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Harkaitz having to interfere. Baldomero Maureo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Christian Mosen firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomero Maureo got free with Christian Mosen in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute Gervasio Patrido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Mosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Juancho's goalkeeper Christian Mosen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godfredo Olentzaro. Christian Mosen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervasio Patrido in the 21st minute of play. When Manuel Herrera came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Juancho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Herrera couldn't finish the play. Eleuterio Txeru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christian Mosen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adan Erruki showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Juancho's Basilio Transito got a free kick in the 34th minute. Silvano Mogel struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Ernesto Harkaitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juancho. Ernesto Harkaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Firme, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Christian Mosen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervasio Patrido in the 41st minute of play. Baldomero Maureo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Christian Mosen made a huge save. Ernesto Harkaitz came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Juancho's Gilberto Firme. But to his dismay, Gilberto Firme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gervasio Patrido to strike the kick off in the second half. Baldomero Maureo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Manuel Herrera fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juancho's protests and gave Manuel Herrera a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Milton FC booed when Juancho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Herrera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Mosen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Erruki in the 55th minute of play. Juancho's Christian Mosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Olentzaro in the 68th minute of play. Ernesto Harkaitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Firme in the 70th minute. Milton FC's Ernesto Harkaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Milton FC from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute Adan Erruki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Mosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
