In the 16th minute, Raul Porfiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ildefonso Cresitobalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Norberto Pirro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, River Eze's goalkeeper Edelmiro Buinton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Erlantz. In the 47th minute, Raul Porfiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The River Eze fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The Capla players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. River Eze were winning 0-3.

After 55 minutes of play, Capla's Claudio Erlantz made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edelmiro Buinton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Norberto Pirro in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ildefonso Cresitobalo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ildefonso Cresitobalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Porfiro in the 66th minute of play. Edelmiro Buinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Erlantz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rdth minute of the game Claudio Erlantz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River Eze's Edelmiro Buinton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Claudio Erlantz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Larra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Buinton having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Raul Porfiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ildefonso Cresitobalo, 1-4. When Cristo Ferran came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Capla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristo Ferran couldn't finish the play.
