Spectators: 6659 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alfonso Leobardo got the match started through his kick off. In the 5thth minute of the game Leonides Txartiko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lozano's Carmelo Romano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charrua's Leonides Txartiko got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charrua's Mario Napier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Charrua from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the game, Lozano's Apolo Bittor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mario Napier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With a little luck, Charrua's Mario Napier got control of the ball when Rene Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute, Felipe Rito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lozano's Carmelo Romano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Rufo in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Leonides Txartiko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Charrua fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. With a little luck, Charrua's Mario Napier got control of the ball when Rene Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonides Txartiko in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carmelo Romano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonides Txartiko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Carmelo Romano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carmelo Romano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Lleir went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Osvaldo Elazar kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonides Txartiko was the one to do the kick off. Benedicto Liher hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonides Txartiko in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carmelo Romano saved Lozano from getting behind. In the 68th match minute, Lozano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Pes to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute, Charrua's Eustaquio Sabin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in Lozano's zone, Jaime Lleir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Romano came out of the goal and Jaime Lleir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the match, Jaime Lleir notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Lozano's Carmelo Romano. Carmelo Romano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rene Barbosa took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mario Napier. Mario Napier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. Mario Napier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rene Barbosa's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. The Charrua players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
