Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ruben Poncio took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Poncio in the 5th minute of play forced Vancouver's goalkeeper Gustavo Poz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 minutes, Anibal Laurgain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jarillito FC and the Vancouver players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jarillito FC! Leandro Cai hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Romulo Ganix dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elpidio Peyo, 2-0. If Romulo Ganix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Jarillito FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ramon Poncio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Jarillito FC's Alberto Gilabert got a free kick in the 31st minute. Ramon Poncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Peyo having to interfere. If Ruben Poncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Jarillito FC's goalkeeper Elpidio Peyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramon Poncio. Vancouver's Dionisio Rafel got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Romulo Ganix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romulo Ganix to strike the kick off in the second half. Elpidio Peyo came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Vancouver's Romulo Ganix. But to his dismay, Romulo Ganix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Jarillito FC's Eusebio Cordarin got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Romulo Ganix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Elpidio Peyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruben Poncio struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Gustavo Poz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jarillito FC. After 89 played minutes Jarillito FC got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Cordarin. 90 minutes into the game, Romulo Ganix cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Elpidio Peyo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 95 minutes, Ramon Poncio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vancouver's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Poncio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vancouver had won after a very even match.
