Spectators: 7089 (Terracing: 5410, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 20) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 20th match minute, Guatimozín AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Cordera to maneuver through the defense. When Rafael Aguirre fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guatimozín AFC's protests and gave Rafael Aguirre a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes Guatimozín AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Aguirre. Pedro Rafel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albino Mateus having to make a save. After having played for 33 minutes, Aldo Gilen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Girondo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aldo Gilen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Rafel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Mateus having to interfere. Albino Mateus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aldo Gilen's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Pedro Rafel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, Guatimozín AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Gilen came free, but Albino Mateus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Pablo Musko came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Guatimozín AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Musko couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute, Aldo Gilen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Girondo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 58 played minutes Girondo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Lapurdi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Gilen in the 61st minute of play forced Guatimozín AFC's goalkeeper Albino Mateus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Ambrosio Lertxun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guatimozín AFC made a substitution. Emilio Sergi replaced Edgard Lluis. After 71 minutes of play, Girondo AFC's Aldo Gilen made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albino Mateus was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Girondo AFC's goalkeeper Ubaldo Aguilera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pablo Musko's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Ubaldo Aguilera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Albino Mateus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Lapurdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th match minute, Girondo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Rico to maneuver through the defense. Pablo Musko struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Ubaldo Aguilera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guatimozín AFC. Pablo Musko scored 2-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ubaldo Aguilera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Guatimozín AFC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Siro Perpinya hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Girondo AFC fully deserved thier win.
