Antonio Ekain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Jeremias Todor made a huge save. Antonio Ekain in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jeremias Todor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The wind increased when Antonio Ekain made the kick off in the second half. Antonio Ekain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jeremias Todor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Gorilas's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Oxarra came free, but Eustacio Reynardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Fabian Brais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Todor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gorilas's Eustacio Reynardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Gorilas from getting a goal against them. In the 64th match minute, Gimnasia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Heriberto to maneuver through the defense. Jeremias Todor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Ekain in the 65th minute of play. Fabian Brais blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremias Todor having to make a save. In the 72nd minute of the match, Rafael Gaztea got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eustacio Reynardo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jeremias Todor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Brais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Todor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Ekain went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Rafael Gaztea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Eustacio Reynardo made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonio Ekain in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Todor saved Gimnasia from getting behind. In the 95th minute of the match Constantino Urbez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jeremias Todor skillfully saved the ball. With 97 minutes on the clock, Eusebio Mark commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The goalkeeper, Eustacio Reynardo, was totally fooled by Gimnasia's Venancio Tipi, who 99 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Gorilas's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
