Coronel Aguirre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a very even first half the match was still tied. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Efrain Berasko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Nataniel in the 63rd minute of play forced San Eduardo's goalkeeper Efrain Berasko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenio Gergori who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Efrain Berasko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 73 minutes into the game, Coronel Aguirre's Isaias Perutxo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Efrain Berasko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 80 minutes into the match, San Eduardo's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Nataniel came free, but Efrain Berasko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaias Perutxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Coronel Aguirre booed when San Eduardo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Maldonado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Antonio Nataniel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Artemio Telo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomás Guillelmus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Lucado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The San Eduardo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Coronel Aguirre were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
