Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cipriano Itzaina made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Teobaldo Rafel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Steacy Malibu's Candido Vedillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Constantino Hermelando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Israel Chano charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Israel Chano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th match minute, Atlas La otra Pasión was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Israel Chano to maneuver through the defense. Constantino Hermelando came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Steacy Malibu's Teobaldo Rafel. But to his dismay, Teobaldo Rafel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Teobaldo Rafel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Constantino Hermelando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Steacy Malibu's Candido Vedillo in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlas La otra Pasión's goalie prevented a goal. When Cipriano Itzaina came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Atlas La otra Pasión fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Itzaina couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute Teobaldo Rafel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Hermelando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Opilano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Itzaina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teobaldo Rafel made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Rene Maraman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlas La otra Pasión fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Cipriano Itzaina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jorge Opilano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Rafel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Constantino Hermelando. Teobaldo Rafel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In a very dangerous position, a player in Steacy Malibu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Atlas La otra Pasión a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Melchor Rivas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Steacy Malibu's Jorge Opilano. 2-2. Candido Vedillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Constantino Hermelando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After 75 played minutes Steacy Malibu got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Txomin. Melchor Rivas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cipriano Itzaina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Opilano having to make a save. The supporters of Atlas La otra Pasión booed when Steacy Malibu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Ospin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Atlas La otra Pasión's Donato Jerrald got a free kick in the 84th minute. Constantino Hermelando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Rafel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Itzaina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95thth minute of the game Rene Maraman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Steacy Malibu's Jorge Opilano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
