An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Lander in the 3rd minute of play forced Jardón's goalkeeper Modesto Justin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Ixona who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Modesto Justin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 5th match minute, Jardón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Ceandro to maneuver through the defense. Modesto Justin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Lander in the 10th minute of the match. Genaro Lander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Justin having to interfere. Jardón's Enzo Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Enzo Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Enzo Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jardón's supporters rose to their feet, but Enzo Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Torres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes into the match, Jardón's Enzo Garcia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iker Torres narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jardón's Marco Ceandro got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of Jardón:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club Atlético 0 Descensos:s goal. Adolfo Lander shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Marco Ceandro missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 38 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Iker Torres right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético 0 Descensos's zone, Marco Ceandro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Torres came out of the goal and Marco Ceandro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético 0 Descensos's Leo Ixona got a free kick in the 48th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Modesto Justin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Ixona, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 55 minutes, Hugo Tonete mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético 0 Descensos and the Jardón players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético 0 Descensos's Hugo Tonete got a free kick in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Genaro Lander in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Modesto Justin saved Jardón from getting behind. The supporters of Jardón booed when Club Atlético 0 Descensos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Gartzen didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Club Atlético 0 Descensos getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Isaias Selatse hit a great ball. After having played for 81 minutes, Marco Ceandro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jardón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Ceandro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marco Ceandro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Iker Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amador Orland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niceto Firme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Iker Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Jardón players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
