Timoteo Ponciano ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Copa Copero booed when Capillas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Loreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Capillas were furious when Marcial Pagomari was red carded, 38 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Copa Copero's Fulgencio Primo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Copa Copero from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Alvaro Loreto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fulgencio Primo. That made the score 1-1 in the 72 minute of play. Capillas's Ubaldo Feo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Ignado in the 77th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Capillas got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Salvadore. Ubaldo Feo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Ponciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute, Eustaquio Azibar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robustiano Inautzi hit a great ball. Copa Copero walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
