An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Pitin in the 11th minute of play forced Las Sierras Locas's goalkeeper Jairo Jerold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Eulalio Kauldi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Albano Sansone, 1-0. Albano Sansone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Soin, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 35 played minutes Las Sierras Locas got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Oihenarte. Paulino Pitin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Jerold having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Nicasio Totakoxe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uriburu AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Las Sierras Locas the free kick. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Uriburu AFC!

Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Las Sierras Locas fully deserved thier win.
