An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Azibar in the 17th minute of play forced Perchel's goalkeeper Robustiano Gaitano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Copa Copero's Eustaquio Azibar got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Copa Copero booed when Perchel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Laurin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 minutes of play, Perchel's Gavino Valente made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulgencio Primo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 28 minutes into the match, Timoteo Ponciano notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Perchel's Robustiano Gaitano. Robustiano Gaitano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Timoteo Ponciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Robustiano Gaitano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 34 minutes, Eustaquio Azibar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Copa Copero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustaquio Azibar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Perchel's Robustiano Gaitano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timoteo Ponciano in the 40th minute of play. Copa Copero's Fulgencio Primo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Copa Copero from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timoteo Ponciano in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robustiano Gaitano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Fulgencio Primo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Ugutz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Copa Copero's Timoteo Ponciano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Eustaquio Azibar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Gaitano having to interfere. Fulgencio Primo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Ugaitz in the 69th minute of play. Timoteo Ponciano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Robustiano Gaitano made a huge save. Timoteo Ponciano in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Robustiano Gaitano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 81 minutes into the match, Perchel's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Ponciano came free, but Robustiano Gaitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Copa Copero's Ramon Colas got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Leon Darien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
