Spectators: 7246 (Terracing: 5436, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Flavio Amor started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Mosconi's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Bihar came free, but Carlos Iztal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paolo Bihar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Iztal having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ramon Vistruario's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejandro Cordera was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. In the 14th minute Paolo Bihar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Iztal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustaquio Prejun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Carlos Iztal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Iztal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Bihar, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Inocencio Acevedo's late challenge caught a Malargüe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inocencio Acevedo helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Malargüe's Alejandro Cordera got control of the ball when Flavio Amor tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute, Samuel Bonifaco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malargüe's Alejandro Cordera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Malargüe from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paolo Bihar to make the kick off. Malargüe's Alejandro Cordera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Amor in the 52nd minute of play. Alejandro Cordera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavio Amor's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. If Flavio Amor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 61st minute of the match Inocencio Acevedo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Inocencio Acevedo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 62nd match minute, Mosconi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inocencio Acevedo to maneuver through the defense. Paolo Bihar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Iztal having to make a save. Paolo Bihar might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Iztal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paolo Bihar ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 71st minute, Paolo Bihar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlos Iztal. The goal made the score 1-1. 75 minutes into the match, Mosconi's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Bihar came free, but Carlos Iztal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramon Vistruario in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Cordera saved Malargüe from getting behind. Erubiel Cordarin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Cordera having to interfere. Eustaquio Prejun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Malargüe's zone, Ramon Vistruario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Cordera came out of the goal and Ramon Vistruario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Mario Llanos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 88 minutes, Ramon Vistruario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mosconi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Vistruario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paolo Bihar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paolo Bihar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ramon Vistruario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Despite being the better team, Mosconi failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
