Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Saverio Nahia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Eustacio Ekain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Elpidio Cordarryl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Cordarryl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Macerio in the 6th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Saverio Nahia fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 12 minutes into the match, Liricos FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Romano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Normando. After 14 played minutes Liricos FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Gai. 15 minutes into the match, JESU FUTBOL CLUB's Adan Mattin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ovidio Romano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Nahia in the 20th minute of play. Liricos FC's Ovidio Romano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Nahia in the 24th minute of play. After 25 minutes, Eustacio Ekain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liricos FC and the JESU FUTBOL CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Rafael Normando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ovidio Romano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Nahia, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Elpidio Cordarryl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Macerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Modesto Macerio made the kick off in the second half. When Rafael Normando came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the JESU FUTBOL CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Normando couldn't finish the play. Liricos FC's Ovidio Romano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Nahia in the 54th minute of play. Rafael Normando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elpidio Cordarryl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Macerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 played minutes Liricos FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Gai. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Saverio Nahia managed to get in a good position for a shot. JESU FUTBOL CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Nahia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Romano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ovidio Romano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Normando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Cordarryl came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Liricos FC's Gilberto Hever. But to his dismay, Gilberto Hever quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 78thth minute of the game Modesto Macerio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JESU FUTBOL CLUB's Elpidio Cordarryl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rafael Normando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Romano having to interfere. Eustacio Ekain hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Liricos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adan Mattin was slow to take the kick. During this time JESU FUTBOL CLUB's players had a chance to rest. Saverio Nahia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gilberto Hever sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. JESU FUTBOL CLUB's Rafael Normando got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 98th minute Rafael Normando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Romano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liricos FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over JESU FUTBOL CLUB's much stronger midfield.
