When Saverio Nahia came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the JESU FUTBOL CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saverio Nahia couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Bonnement's Ernesto Gartxot got a free kick in the 36th minute. Zeledon Lico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Normando in the 38th minute of the match. Simon Hitzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elpidio Cordarryl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ovidio Osoro in the 43rd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 89th minute Ovidio Osoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Cordarryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Osoro in the 93rd minute of play forced JESU FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Elpidio Cordarryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
