With a left leg Elpidio Cordarryl saved JESU FUTBOL CLUB from getting behind. In the 39th minute, Marciano Tanio made a precise shot to the right of Elpidio Cordarryl. JESU FUTBOL CLUB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Cazapán AFC's Honorio Hernando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Nahia in the 43rd minute of play. Rafael Normando struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Honorio Hernando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JESU FUTBOL CLUB.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saverio Nahia to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Augusto Rocendo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 53 minutes of play JESU FUTBOL CLUB's Aquilino Fliz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. JESU FUTBOL CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Normando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marciano Tanio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Cordarryl having to interfere. Elpidio Cordarryl made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Marciano Tanio sent off a good shot on target. After 84 played minutes JESU FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Nahia. The supporters of Cazapán AFC booed when JESU FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Nahia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Ruperto Vincent managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cazapán AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruperto Vincent was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elpidio Cordarryl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Saverio Nahia fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JESU FUTBOL CLUB's protests and gave Saverio Nahia a yellow card for diving instead. Saverio Nahia hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 95 minutes, Saverio Hug mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JESU FUTBOL CLUB and the Cazapán AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Cazapán AFC booed when JESU FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Hug didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on Cazapán AFC's corner Paolo Txema fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Elpidio Cordarryl quite easily take care of the ball. The Cazapán AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
