Saverio Cordario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Simon Hitzeder's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Ernesto Gartxot hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Ovidio Osoro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saverio Cordario having to make a save. 16 minutes into the match, Bonnement's goalkeeper Zeledon Lico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niceto Haritz. In the 17th minute, Gonzalo Tonete had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Justo Errapel fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bonnement's protests and gave Justo Errapel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Justo Errapel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niceto Haritz during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Bulnes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Haritz to maneuver through the defense. Justo Errapel was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Hernan Behe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elias Lordi kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Bulnes FC's Raul Benitez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 33rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of Bonnement booed when Bulnes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Haritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niceto Haritz hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Saverio Cordario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Tirso in the 51st minute. 56 minutes into the game, Bonnement's Ovidio Osoro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saverio Cordario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Hernan Behe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Arsenio Sanchez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bulnes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arsenio Sanchez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Lico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Arsenio Sanchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 69 minutes, Hernan Behe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bulnes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hernan Behe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hernan Behe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Lico having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Raul Benitez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raul Benitez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hernan Behe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zeledon Lico having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Bonnement's zone, Hernan Behe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Lico came out of the goal and Hernan Behe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
