After 19 played minutes, Caballito F.C.'s Gavino Lain shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anier Beremundo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caballito F.C. reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Caballito F.C.'s zone, Fidel Eneko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocencio Santana came out of the goal and Fidel Eneko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inocencio Santana made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Adrian Arnalt sent off a good shot on target. Inocencio Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Eneko in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Fidel Eneko got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 33rd minute, Fidel Eneko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evelio Veronica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Beremundo having to interfere. In the 55th minute Adrian Arnalt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caballito F.C.'s Inocencio Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Arnalt in the 58th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Caballito F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Eneko came free, but Inocencio Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Fidel Eneko made a precise shot to the right of Inocencio Santana. Caballito F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Sepultura's Fidel Eneko got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Sepultura's Vinicio Demesio got a free kick in the 84th minute. Fidel Eneko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 97 minutes had been played when some careless play by Caballito F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gabriel Barto was slow to take the kick. During this time Sepultura's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Gabriel Barto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Inocencio Santana quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sepultura were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Caballito F.C. to leave the ground with a draw.
