Cristo Mel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Lluciano in the 17th minute of play. Osvaldo Eleazar took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristo Mel. Cristo Mel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Cavi's Leonel Menendo got a free kick in the 30th minute. Cavi's Cristo Mel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Seme in the 33rd minute of play. Cristo Mel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Eleazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Oihenarte's late challenge caught a Ayui AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Oihenarte helped the player get up and apologised. Alfredo Oihenarte hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Lluciano in the 54th minute of play forced Cavi's goalkeeper Cristo Mel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristo Mel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Osvaldo Eleazar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 55 minute of play. In the 68th minute, Gabriel Piearres reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cristo Mel. The goal made the score 0-3. Cristo Mel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Eleazar in the 71st minute of play. With a little luck, Cavi's Cristo Mel got control of the ball when Marciano Lluciano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristo Mel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marciano Lluciano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 89 minute of play. Cristo Mel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Piearres in the 95th minute of play. The Cavi fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ayui AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
