Danilo Bidari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Arnoldo Teodor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Halcones Jrs. getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gogo Unax hit a great ball. With a little luck, Halcones Jrs.'s Arnoldo Teodor got control of the ball when Natalio Benvido tried to sneak it across the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Alonzo Mikeldi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnoldo Teodor, 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicasio Ticho to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Nicasio Ticho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Vincente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Maidana charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Bidari in the 95th minute of play forced Halcones Jrs.'s goalkeeper Arnoldo Teodor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the LOS INTELECTUALES players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
