Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5519, Seating: 1180, VIP seats: 20) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Niceto Olayo took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Nicasio Ticho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Pelagius was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Nicasio Ticho kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. If Niceto Olayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 minutes, Bernardino Karmel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Halcones Jrs. and the La Clip FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gualterio Honesto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Teodor having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Halcones Jrs.'s goal looked a bit too open when Anastasio Theodore came free, but Arnoldo Teodor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Lidon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnoldo Teodor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Olayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Halcones Jrs.'s zone, Fabian Lidon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Teodor came out of the goal and Fabian Lidon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gualterio Honesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Felix Bizi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Teodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Melquiades Felipo fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Clip FC's protests and gave Melquiades Felipo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, Melquiades Felipo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Boni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvio Pelagius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Silvio Pelagius was a little too slow when Gogo Unax got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 61st match minute, Halcones Jrs. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Macias to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute of the match Gualterio Honesto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnoldo Teodor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Silvio Pelagius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Ticho in the 66th minute of play. Gualterio Eufrasio kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Bernardino Unai left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Halcones Jrs. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. La Clip FC's Niceto Olayo suffered a concussion in the 75th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The supporters of La Clip FC booed when Halcones Jrs. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Karmel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gualterio Honesto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arnoldo Teodor. Halcones Jrs.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eriberto Lia's late challenge caught a La Clip FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eriberto Lia helped the player get up and apologised. Eriberto Lia hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Gualterio Honesto sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Halcones Jrs.'s Arnoldo Teodor didn't even have to move. Emanuel Mosen charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Mosen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes La Clip FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Mosen. Fabian Lidon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute Gualterio Honesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Teodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91stth minute of the game Emanuel Mosen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Halcones Jrs.'s Arnoldo Teodor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Mosen in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Teodor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anastasio Theodore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Arnoldo Teodor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The La Clip FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Halcones Jrs. to win.
