Danilo Bidari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Camilo Firmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natalio Benvido blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Firmo having to make a save. The supporters of LOS INTELECTUALES booed when TALLERES UNITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Ibar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavino Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Gavino Tajo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Camilo Firmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Bidari, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. If Danilo Bidari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Ordono kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Marcial Kauldi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TALLERES UNITED's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Kauldi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Danilo Bidari made a kick off. Natalio Benvido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Firmo having to interfere. Gavino Tajo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Romulo Vincente made a huge save. After 65 minutes of play, TALLERES UNITED's Hipolito Eneto made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Romulo Vincente was left in no man's land by his defense there! 69 minutes into the game, Ciro Liher was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LOS INTELECTUALES's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TALLERES UNITED the free kick. After 69 played minutes LOS INTELECTUALES got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Liher. With a little luck, LOS INTELECTUALES's Romulo Vincente got control of the ball when Gavino Tajo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When LOS INTELECTUALES's Danilo Bidari in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TALLERES UNITED's goalie prevented a goal. Gavino Tajo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Danilo Bidari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Hipolito Eneto came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the TALLERES UNITED fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Eneto couldn't finish the play. TALLERES UNITED's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
