Silvestre Lorencio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Julio Ayala made a huge save. The supporters of Lehmann booed when Nueve y Tres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Santo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelo Orlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Patrido, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. When Eloy Maurino came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Lehmann fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eloy Maurino couldn't finish the play. Lehmann's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Camilo Ado scored to the left of an out of position Angelo Orlo, making the score, 1-1. Eloy Maurino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Ayala having to interfere. Rodrigo Berriotxoa hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Nueve y Tres's zone, Robustiano Rosario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Ayala came out of the goal and Robustiano Rosario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Nueve y Tres booed when Lehmann was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Orain didn't get a good kick on the ball.
