If Severiano Bermund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jesus Matxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Abastas, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Nueve y Tres's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Montel came free, but Julio Ayala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Nueve y Tres's Camilo Ado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesus Matxin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Porron y Novia Nueva's Jesus Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Ado in the 12th minute of play. Jesus Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Ado in the 15th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Nueve y Tres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Berdoi to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Nueve y Tres's zone, Severiano Bermund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Ayala came out of the goal and Severiano Bermund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Camilo Ado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nueve y Tres's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Ado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Matxin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Porron y Novia Nueva's Severiano Bermund in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nueve y Tres's goalie prevented a goal. Julio Ayala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Bermund in the 44th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Igor Montel made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Nueve y Tres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Santo to maneuver through the defense. Severiano Bermund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Ayala having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Severiano Bermund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nueve y Tres's zone, Igor Montel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Ayala came out of the goal and Igor Montel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st minute, Gregorio Lucian fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Porron y Novia Nueva's Igor Montel got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 74 minutes, Camilo Ado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nueve y Tres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Ado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Igor Montel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severiano Bermund was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. Porron y Novia Nueva's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Victorio Abastas hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Porron y Novia Nueva's Igor Montel got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Nueve y Tres's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Montel came free, but Julio Ayala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nueve y Tres's Epifanio Santo got a free kick in the 89th minute. Jesus Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Patrido in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Camilo Ado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jesus Matxin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Porron y Novia Nueva players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nueve y Tres.
