The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prudencio Pello showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, CAB CORSARIOS's Antonio Manny got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 15th match minute, CAB CORSARIOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Manny to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st match minute, Matreros Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Chabier to maneuver through the defense. Aaron Gaxan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Prudencio Pello made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Mingo in the 25th minute of play forced Matreros Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Evelio Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evelio Jon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Mingo in the 27th minute of play. Aaron Gaxan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Prudencio Pello skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 29 minutes into the match, Matreros Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Ekain came free, but Evelio Jon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Aaron Gaxan came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Matreros Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Gaxan couldn't finish the play. If Leonardo Chabier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aaron Gaxan struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Prudencio Pello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matreros Fútbol Club. Leonardo Chabier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Leonardo Chabier fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Prudencio Pello, passed just outside the right post. Santo Seguinus kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jacobo Ekain made the kick off in the second half. Rigoberto Guerau hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. CAB CORSARIOS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Genaro Beat in the 59th minute. After taking down the ball on CAB CORSARIOS's corner Genaro Beat fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Evelio Jon quite easily take care of the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Matreros Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Evelio Jon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luciano Mingo. Evelio Jon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Ekain in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65thth minute of the game Aaron Gaxan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CAB CORSARIOS's Prudencio Pello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Matreros Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Aaron Gaxan hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Matreros Fútbol Club defense, Luciano Mingo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evelio Jon. The Matreros Fútbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evelio Jon should have stopped the shot. When Rigoberto Guerau fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Matreros Fútbol Club's protests and gave Rigoberto Guerau a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 played minutes Matreros Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Guerau. Tobias Burni kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After some careless play in the CAB CORSARIOS defense, Aaron Gaxan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Prudencio Pello. The CAB CORSARIOS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prudencio Pello should have stopped the shot. Rigoberto Guerau was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Rigoberto Guerau hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Matreros Fútbol Club's Evelio Jon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Ekain in the 96th minute of play. Matreros Fútbol Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
