Javier Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Ponce, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Amadeo Guilabertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Maurino in the 33rd minute of play. Jonatan Mancio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Perez having to interfere. Wilfredo Meder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Javier Perez having to make a save. In the 45th minute, Esteve Quinteros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malvinas Argentinas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sixto Cresconio was the one to do the kick off. Luciano Totakoxe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Javier Perez. Malvinas Argentinas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Malvinas Argentinas getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Enzo Naike hit a great ball. Cirilo Ponce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Guilabertus having to interfere.
