Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luciano Quintana started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Mauro Damario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Damario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Luciano Quintana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 15th minute, Hugo Senio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mauro Damario hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Hugo Senio charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Senio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Ciro Cordearo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Niceto Ishmael to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Cordearo in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niceto Ishmael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ciro Cordearo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boca's Niceto Ishmael proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Boca from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Niceto Ishmael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Cordearo in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Boca booed when SANTO DOMINGO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Suarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, SANTO DOMINGO FC's Ciro Cordearo got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boca's goalkeeper Niceto Ishmael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Boca defense, Ciro Cordearo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niceto Ishmael. The Boca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niceto Ishmael should have stopped the shot. A collision led to SANTO DOMINGO FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ciro Cordearo hit a great ball. Niceto Ishmael came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by SANTO DOMINGO FC's Gaston Ariando. But to his dismay, Gaston Ariando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 72 minutes into the match, Ciro Cordearo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niceto Ishmael. Boca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciro Cordearo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 77 minutes into the game, Fermin Hitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SANTO DOMINGO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boca the free kick. A collision led to SANTO DOMINGO FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Fermin Hitz hit a great ball. Boca's Mariano Romano got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Cordearo in the 83rd minute of play forced Boca's goalkeeper Niceto Ishmael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niceto Ishmael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Ariando in the 88th minute of the match. Leandro Aznar's late challenge caught a SANTO DOMINGO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leandro Aznar helped the player get up and apologised. Niceto Ishmael came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by SANTO DOMINGO FC's Andres Hegoi. But to his dismay, Andres Hegoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 95th minute, Nicolas Suarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that SANTO DOMINGO FC were the better team. SANTO DOMINGO FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
