In the 47th minute, Leonides Sendoa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niceto Ishmael was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Quintana to make the kick off. Gregorio Izel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Niceto Ishmael came out and tried to block the shot, but Gregorio Izel slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 53rd minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 80th play minutes Luciano Quintana shot 1-7, a short shot which went by Israel Artaldo and just under the crossbar into goal. When Gregorio Izel came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Roldán FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregorio Izel couldn't finish the play. Niceto Ishmael was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Abelardo Urtzi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abelardo Urtzi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-8. In the 95th minute, Luciano Quintana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Roldán FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
