With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elvio Ostadar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Boulogne FC's Alejandro Katia got a free kick in the 5th minute. If Hipolito Odilon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Romano might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elvio Ostadar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conrado Romano ran back to his position shaking his head. Elvio Ostadar came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Retrogrados F.C's Hipolito Odilon. But to his dismay, Hipolito Odilon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Elvio Ostadar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Romano, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Isidro Cresitobalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hipolito Odilon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elvio Ostadar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Odilon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conrado Romano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Retrogrados F.C were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godfredo Olando to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Hipolito Odilon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isidro Cresitobalo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Javier Paz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Elvio Ostadar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conrado Romano in the 80th minute. Boulogne FC's Elvio Ostadar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Boulogne FC from getting a goal against them. Retrogrados F.C played a much better game than Boulogne FC and deserved their victory. The Boulogne FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
