Ruben Lambafoss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Urtungo in the 11th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigoberto Paez got free with Ruben Lambafoss in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ruben Lambafoss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Paez in the 16th minute. NIBIRU's Ruben Lambafoss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save NIBIRU from getting a goal against them. Ruben Lambafoss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Urtungo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruben Lambafoss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Paez in the 23rd minute. NIBIRU's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Patricio Urtungo scored to the left of an out of position Ruben Lambafoss, making the score, 1-0. With a little luck, NIBIRU's Ruben Lambafoss got control of the ball when Rigoberto Paez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Quetrequile's Elpidio Ibañez got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. NIBIRU's Ruben Lambafoss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save NIBIRU from getting a goal against them. 35 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Paez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruben Lambafoss. NIBIRU's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rigoberto Paez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 39 minutes into the match, Quetrequile's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Montrell came free, but Gabriel Checa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruben Lambafoss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Ibañez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruben Lambafoss didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rigoberto Paez went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Prudencio Montrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Patricio Urtungo made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Patricio Urtungo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quetrequile's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Urtungo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruben Lambafoss breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ruben Lambafoss stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rigoberto Paez's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Ruben Lambafoss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Urtungo in the 53rd minute of play. NIBIRU's Ruben Lambafoss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Ibañez in the 60th minute of play. Prudencio Montrell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Checa having to make a save. In the 67th minute, Prudencio Montrell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruben Lambafoss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Paez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, Alberigo Savini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NIBIRU's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quetrequile the free kick. A collision led to NIBIRU getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Alberigo Savini hit a great ball. With a little luck, Quetrequile's Gabriel Checa got control of the ball when Prudencio Montrell tried to sneak it across the goal line. NIBIRU's Alberigo Savini quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Benjamin Sabino, made in the 79th minute of the game. Prudencio Montrell came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gabriel Checa could save by the left post. After 82 minutes of play, Quetrequile's Astor Fraco made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruben Lambafoss was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alejo Jon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gabriel Checa firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 86th minute, Prudencio Montrell made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Checa. Quetrequile's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 90 minutes into the game, Patricio Urtungo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Ruben Lambafoss was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was beautiful to see NIBIRU's Alejo Jon in action when he in the 93rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 96th minute Patricio Urtungo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Lambafoss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Many of NIBIRU's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. NIBIRU may have spent more time on the ball, but Quetrequile were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
