An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Chico in the 10th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Javier Macias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Palermo's Javier Macias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Chico in the 12th minute of play. Jeronimo Llorian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Gilabert having to interfere. Domingos Orlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Gilabert having to interfere. Virgilio Totakoxe kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Marcelino Chico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Macias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Severino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agustin Vitin during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Agustin Vitin hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. With his leg Javier Macias managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Chuña AFC's Wilson Severino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Wilson Severino came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Chuña AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson Severino couldn't finish the play. Javier Macias was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Marcelino Chico capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcelino Chico really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeronimo Llorian to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Amador Claris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute, Wilson Severino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Javier Macias was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The supporters of Chuña AFC booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Bernad didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Chico in the 65th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Javier Macias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelino Chico in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Javier Macias saved Palermo from getting behind. Chuña AFC's Marcelino Chico got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Javier Macias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Chico, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Wilson Severino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Macias having to interfere. After 91 played minutes Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Amador Eladio. In the 93rd minute, one of Palermo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Palermo. After 98 minutes, Amador Eladio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palermo and the Chuña AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Amador Eladio hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. Chuña AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
