After 17 played minutes Chuña AFC got a freekick which was hit by Seb Tano. Bufarra Fútbol Club's Erubiel Maore couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chuña AFC. Tadeo Jurdan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute, Tadeo Jurdan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Wilson Severino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Tadeo Jurdan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bufarra Fútbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeo Jurdan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Gilabert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelino Chico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Marcelino Chico scored 0-5 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serafin Cesaro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fermin Clodio to make the kick off. The supporters of Chuña AFC booed when Bufarra Fútbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Clodio didn't get a good kick on the ball.
