Spectators: 7184 (Terracing: 5390, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnulfo Francis in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaspar Santana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute Jeronimo Luix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, one of Chiyuyoc AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chiyuyoc AFC. Uriel Gilen hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the match, Gas Pimienta's Arnulfo Francis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaspar Santana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ramiro Tulio hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When Mario Feo fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chiyuyoc AFC's protests and gave Mario Feo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gas Pimienta booed when Chiyuyoc AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Feo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Javier Luzaide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Igor Abadia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Francis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danilo Veremundo struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Gaspar Santana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gas Pimienta. Florentino Che hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Arnulfo Francis made the kick off in the second half. If Javier Luzaide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mario Feo came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Chiyuyoc AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Feo couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute Danilo Veremundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnulfo Francis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chiyuyoc AFC's goalkeeper Gaspar Santana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gaspar Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Francis in the 80th minute of the match. Danilo Veremundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Danilo Veremundo made a precise shot to the right of Gaspar Santana. Chiyuyoc AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Gas Pimienta were victorious despite being under pressure from Chiyuyoc AFC for much of the match.
