Spectators: 7261 (Terracing: 5447, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristobal Bero took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Cornelio Frasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. LoS CaRaSuCiaS's supporters rose to their feet, but Cornelio Frasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Barrionuevo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute, Cornelio Frasco made a precise shot to the right of Anier Barrionuevo. Monaco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some careless play in the LoS CaRaSuCiaS defense, Carmelo Tome kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roberto Ler. The LoS CaRaSuCiaS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roberto Ler should have stopped the shot. If Blas Brais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Ler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmelo Tome in the 24th minute. Primitivo Cristofor charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Cristofor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Monaco's Primitivo Cristofor got a free kick in the 26th minute. LoS CaRaSuCiaS's Cristobal Bero got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute Cristobal Bero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Barrionuevo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blas Brais blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roberto Ler having to make a save. Carmelo Tome recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to LoS CaRaSuCiaS getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Teodosio Berasko hit a great ball. LoS CaRaSuCiaS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rodolfo Frederico in the 47th minute. LoS CaRaSuCiaS's Rodolfo Frederico was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anier Barrionuevo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Blas Brais made the kick off in the second half. Cristobal Bero was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. LoS CaRaSuCiaS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cornelio Frasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Barrionuevo having to interfere. Anier Barrionuevo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristobal Bero's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Danilo Lando was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Monaco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LoS CaRaSuCiaS the free kick. A collision led to Monaco getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Danilo Lando hit a great ball. Gervasio Urbasa charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gervasio Urbasa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Monaco's Anier Barrionuevo got control of the ball when Cornelio Frasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anier Barrionuevo made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Cornelio Frasco sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the match, LoS CaRaSuCiaS's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Brais came free, but Roberto Ler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carmelo Tome in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto Ler saved LoS CaRaSuCiaS from getting behind. Cristobal Bero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Ler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Brais, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the LoS CaRaSuCiaS players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
