Carmelo Milio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Rivas in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Orlando Udalaitz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Modesto Matai, 1-1. Angel Bide charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angel Bide the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carmelo Milio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hilario. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
