The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bosteros. If Evaristo Corderro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilfredo Valiente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Corderro in the 27th minute of the match. The wind increased when Geronimo Papo made the kick off in the second half. Anselmo Gaspard charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo Gaspard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, Panacán's Santo Otsando tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Papo in the 62nd minute of play forced Bosteros's goalkeeper Ruben Erlantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Evaristo Corderro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bosteros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaristo Corderro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Panacán's Wilfredo Valiente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Hartz in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th match minute, Panacán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Tipi to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Panacán's zone, Tadeo Hartz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfredo Valiente came out of the goal and Tadeo Hartz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 92 in the game by Cristian Stephen from a close distance when the talented Ruben Erlantz managed to make a qualified save. Bosteros's players were relieved. A collision led to Panacán getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Luisito Tipi hit a great ball.
