Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victorino Anaya took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute Victorino Anaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Chaime saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Cristo Quinten was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mastropiero FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bernasconi AFC the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Estevez in the 15th minute of play forced Mastropiero FC's goalkeeper Anier Guillem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquiles Gabirel hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Clemente Urtun kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. If Lino Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lino Estevez came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Bernasconi AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Estevez couldn't finish the play. Sergio Egun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Anier Guillem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mastropiero FC's Anier Guillem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Estevez in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Egun got free with Anier Guillem in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mastropiero FC's goalkeeper Anier Guillem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anier Guillem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Estevez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lino Estevez to make the kick off. Urbano Chaime showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Anaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Urbano Chaime was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victorino Anaya showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 53 minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Mastropiero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Quinten to maneuver through the defense. Anier Guillem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Estevez's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Eugenio Bernal's late challenge caught a Bernasconi AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugenio Bernal helped the player get up and apologised. Eugenio Bernal kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. If Sergio Egun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After recieving a nice pass, Bernasconi AFC's Adrian Bermund tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Aquiles Gabirel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sergio Egun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91stth minute of the game Lino Estevez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mastropiero FC's Anier Guillem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Estevez in the 95th minute of play forced Mastropiero FC's goalkeeper Anier Guillem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
