After 2 minutes, Alejo Erdiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anjullan and the Los Camaradas de Juanchi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 2 played minutes Anjullan got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Erdiano. 11 minutes into the game, Bonifacio Mendiko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Camaradas de Juanchi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anjullan the free kick. In the 11th minute, Bonifacio Mendiko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaspar Eladio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Quirze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eustaquio Teofilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaspar Eladio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Quirze's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Gaspar Eladio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Quirze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustaquio Eliazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Mendiko in the 22nd minute of the match. If Reynaldo Berenguer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edgard Santos fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Anjullan's protests and gave Edgard Santos a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes Anjullan got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Santos. Gaspar Eladio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Teofilio in the 34th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Lino Quirze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anjullan's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Quirze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspar Eladio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gaspar Eladio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Teofilio in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Los Camaradas de Juanchi getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Amancio Elia hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Los Camaradas de Juanchi's Benito Iraunkor got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Lino Quirze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anjullan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Quirze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute Eustaquio Teofilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Reynaldo Berenguer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Camaradas de Juanchi's supporters rose to their feet, but Reynaldo Berenguer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Eliazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 54th minute, Alejo Erdiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los Camaradas de Juanchi's Gaspar Eladio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Teofilio in the 57th minute of play. Eustaquio Eliazar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo Berenguer went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 62nd minute Eustaquio Teofilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Reynaldo Berenguer came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Los Camaradas de Juanchi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Berenguer couldn't finish the play. Eustaquio Eliazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Mendiko in the 66th minute of play. When Benito Iraunkor came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Los Camaradas de Juanchi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Iraunkor couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the game, Lino Quirze lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Gaspar Eladio. Eustaquio Teofilio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaspar Eladio having to make a save. Amancio Elia charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amancio Elia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Amancio Elia kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Anjullan's Lino Quirze nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaspar Eladio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Bonifacio Mendiko took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustaquio Eliazar. Eustaquio Eliazar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Lino Quirze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Eladio having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Lino Quirze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 97th minute, Reynaldo Berenguer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Camaradas de Juanchi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Anjullan's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
