When Silvestre Darien came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Celta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvestre Darien couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Eufrasio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mi Pirata Cordobé's goalkeeper Godofredo Fagildo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silvestre Darien took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Godofredo Fagildo. Godofredo Fagildo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 32 minutes, Silvestre Darien mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Celta and the Mi Pirata Cordobé players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Celta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Darien to maneuver through the defense. Moises Lucado struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Eduardo Jakobe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mi Pirata Cordobé. In the 35th match minute, Celta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Balesio to maneuver through the defense. Eduardo Jakobe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Eufrasio in the 39th minute of the match. A collision led to Celta getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Ubaldo Ixaka hit a great ball. Celta's Eduardo Jakobe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Eufrasio in the 43rd minute of play. Moises Lucado struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Eduardo Jakobe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mi Pirata Cordobé. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hilario Tuste was the one to do the kick off. Nicolas Eufrasio was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Eduardo Jakobe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Eufrasio, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Silvestre Darien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godofredo Fagildo came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Celta's Hilario Tuste. But to his dismay, Hilario Tuste quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Godofredo Fagildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilario Tuste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raimundo Balesio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Reynaldo Bernebe fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mi Pirata Cordobé's protests and gave Reynaldo Bernebe a yellow card for diving instead. Eduardo Jakobe didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Mi Pirata Cordobé's Moises Lucado shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Nicolas Eufrasio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moises Lucado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Jakobe having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Celta could leave the field as winners, despite Mi Pirata Cordobé having more of the ball for most of the match.
