The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tiburcio Argenis struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Jesus Eztebe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo Olcaha. After 6 played minutes MaTeDu FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Etxekopar. 10 minutes into the match, Cesar Etxekopar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teofilo Benitez, 1-0. Cesar Etxekopar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th match minute, Club Deportivo Olcaha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Ospetsu to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Olcaha's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Etxekopar came free, but Teofilo Benitez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesus Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Argenis in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Argenis in the 69th minute of play forced MaTeDu FC's goalkeeper Jesus Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to MaTeDu FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Dante Orlondo hit a great ball. Daniel Quinito's late challenge caught a MaTeDu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Quinito helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of MaTeDu FC booed when Club Deportivo Olcaha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Quinito didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes, MaTeDu FC's Jairo Oto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Teofilo Benitez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MaTeDu FC reached it. The MaTeDu FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. MaTeDu FC's Jesus Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Argenis in the 87th minute of play. Benito Vellito struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Jesus Eztebe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo Olcaha. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolando Godoy during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. MaTeDu FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Club Deportivo Olcaha for much of the match.
