After a rather tough play, DiablosRojos F.C's Leonardo Gauargi got a free kick in the 13th minute. When Augusto Abarca fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DiablosRojos F.C's protests and gave Augusto Abarca a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chuchi booed when DiablosRojos F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Abarca didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, DiablosRojos F.C's goalkeeper Santo Raymond had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio Abechuco. In the 23rd minute Nemesio Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Raymond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgilio Abechuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Santo Raymond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nemesio Velasco was the one to do the kick off. If Virgilio Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Velasco in the 91st minute of play forced DiablosRojos F.C's goalkeeper Santo Raymond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Raymond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemesio Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When the referee ended the match the Chuchi players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
