Gregorio Artaldo came out of the goal and Gaudencio Taurino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Newell´s Old Boys's Mauro Eusko got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mauro Eusko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Silvano Hustaz managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Newell´s Old Boys's Mauro Eusko fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 70thth minute of the game Godfredo Bernebe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but maxil123's Silvano Hustaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
