The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timoteo Francis during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Timoteo Francis hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Ramiro Gudesteo struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Jonatan Gaur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for catalina2008. In the 15th minute, Mario Chorache left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The catalina2008 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Maximino Berart hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Ramiro Gudesteo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Jonatan Gaur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bonifacio Atauri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for catalina2008! When the match had been going on for 30 minutes, Las Heras F.C's Paolo Rivero got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Laureano Vincent. A collision led to catalina2008 getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ramiro Gudesteo hit a great ball. Timoteo Francis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Vincent having to interfere. Osvaldo Montrelle might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laureano Vincent. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Osvaldo Montrelle ran back to his position shaking his head. Laureano Vincent made an important save on a dangerous shot by Osvaldo Montrelle in the 43rd minute. With a little luck, catalina2008's Laureano Vincent got control of the ball when Osvaldo Montrelle tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bonifacio Atauri to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonatan Gaur made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Bonifacio Atauri sent off a good shot on target. If Bonifacio Atauri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bonifacio Atauri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Jonatan Gaur made a huge save. 69 minutes into the match, catalina2008's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Gabino came free, but Laureano Vincent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Hilario Enetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Bonifacio Atauri came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the catalina2008 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bonifacio Atauri couldn't finish the play. Faustino Gabino kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Las Heras F.C booed when catalina2008 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Gelacio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laureano Vincent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Francis in the 86th minute of play. Timoteo Francis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. catalina2008's Ceferino Ferran got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonatan Gaur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bonifacio Atauri in the 96th minute. Las Heras F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of catalina2008 for a fine match.
