Nestor Amaya might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Swen Da Cruz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nestor Amaya ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Club Atlético La Plata booed when Holy Light was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Jon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimeno Lorenz charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimeno Lorenz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
