Laureano Vincent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Herensuge, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 15 played minutes Cortadera got a freekick which was hit by Americo Seguinus. After 20 played minutes catalina2008 got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Atauri. 24 minutes into the match, catalina2008's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Herensuge came free, but Laureano Vincent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laureano Vincent didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cortadera's Hernan Diegotxe shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. After having played for 30 minutes, Hernan Diegotxe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cortadera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hernan Diegotxe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hernan Diegotxe in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laureano Vincent saved catalina2008 from getting behind. Laureano Vincent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Diegotxe in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Ceferino Ferran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Cortadera booed when catalina2008 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Atauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernan Etxeberri hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The catalina2008 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cortadera were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bonifacio Atauri made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Hernan Diegotxe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clemente Herensuge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Vincent having to interfere. Torsten Flink made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Atauri in the 60th minute of play. If Hernan Diegotxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Hernan Diegotxe notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of catalina2008's Laureano Vincent. Laureano Vincent was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Clemente Herensuge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Vincent having to interfere. After having played for 73 minutes, Clemente Herensuge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cortadera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Herensuge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in catalina2008's zone, Clemente Herensuge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Vincent came out of the goal and Clemente Herensuge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laureano Vincent made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernan Diegotxe in the 79th minute. After 80 played minutes catalina2008 got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Gudesteo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemente Herensuge in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laureano Vincent prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clemente Herensuge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 86 minutes in the game, Hernan Diegotxe fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Laureano Vincent having to interfere. When Clemente Herensuge came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Cortadera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Herensuge couldn't finish the play. Cortadera's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
