With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Chorache in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Silban saved the aguilas from getting behind. Nicanor Feliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Vincent having to interfere. Mario Chorache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 19 minutes of play, catalina2008's Mario Chorache made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anastasio Silban was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bonifacio Atauri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. the aguilas's Anastasio Silban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Chorache in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the the aguilas defense, Bonifacio Atauri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anastasio Silban. The the aguilas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anastasio Silban should have stopped the shot. Laureano Vincent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Peruanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Laureano Vincent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Feliu in the 53rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in the aguilas's zone, Ramiro Gudesteo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Silban came out of the goal and Ramiro Gudesteo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicanor Feliu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Laureano Vincent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Jose Gelacio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. catalina2008's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave the aguilas the free kick. A collision led to catalina2008 getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jose Gelacio hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the game, Nicanor Feliu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Laureano Vincent was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Nicanor Feliu managed to get in a good position for a shot. the aguilas's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Feliu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laureano Vincent breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
