After 7 minutes, Ezequiel Orixe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herrera and the Cardenales RC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th minute of the match Lucjan Pasterski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Guillermo Baleren skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Isauro got free with Guillermo Baleren in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute of the match, Celso Isauro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Guillermo Baleren was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Guillermo Baleren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Estevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Cardenales RC's Steve Baumann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Galo in the 14th minute of play. After 18 minutes, Baldomero Galo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herrera and the Cardenales RC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Herrera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Galo to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Herrera's goalkeeper Guillermo Baleren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celso Isauro. Guillermo Baleren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Estevez in the 24th minute of the match. Celso Isauro struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Guillermo Baleren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cardenales RC. Steve Baumann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Koldo in the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Baldomero Galo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steve Baumann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Koldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steve Baumann having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Cardenales RC's Celso Isauro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guillermo Baleren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After having played for 46 minutes, Celso Isauro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cardenales RC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Isauro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mauricio Estevez made a kick off. Celso Isauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Baleren having to interfere. Cardenales RC's Enzo Jerico suffered a sore thigh after 58 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Cristobal Sugar charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristobal Sugar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, Cristobal Sugar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Isauro might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guillermo Baleren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celso Isauro ran back to his position shaking his head. 62 minutes into the match, Herrera's goal looked a bit too open when Albino Tartalo came free, but Guillermo Baleren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Teofilo Austin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Celso Isauro sped through Herrera's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Guillermo Baleren. Baldomero Galo might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Steve Baumann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baldomero Galo ran back to his position shaking his head. Celso Isauro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Guillermo Baleren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Celso Isauro notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Herrera's Guillermo Baleren. Guillermo Baleren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Celso Isauro put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Guillermo Baleren. Guillermo Baleren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Isauro in the 89th minute of the match. After 90 minutes of play, Cardenales RC's Celso Isauro made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guillermo Baleren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Flavio Koldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Cardenales RC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
