Cleto Iago was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of Sir Alex Gang:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SVC Group:s goal. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for SVC Group. Niceto Salvidor stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Edelmiro Bermudez. 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Sir Alex Gang's zone, Israel Illan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Bermudez came out of the goal and Israel Illan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th minute, Nicanor Diegotxe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sir Alex Gang fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. A hard shot 33 in the game by Israel Illan from a close distance when the talented Edelmiro Bermudez managed to make a qualified save. Sir Alex Gang's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Estevez in the 35th minute of play forced SVC Group's goalkeeper Pastor Loren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edelmiro Bermudez came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by SVC Group's Israel Illan. But to his dismay, Israel Illan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Edelmiro Bermudez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Mendiko in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sir Alex Gang's Emanuel Vachon got a free kick in the 44th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristo Abastas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Cristo Abastas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SVC Group fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3.
